Senior Learning Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

• Home based contract with travel as and when required
• Must be UK based
• £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus + benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Learning Consultant to join a growing Change, Adoption & Learning team, supporting clients through complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) transformation programmes.

This is a hands-on consulting role combining learning strategy, instructional design, stakeholder management and delivery. You’ll work closely with clients and project teams to ensure users are prepared, confident and able to adopt new technology successfully.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across Dynamics 365 F&O transformation programmes.
• Designing learning strategies, curricula and blended learning solutions.
• Translating learning and adoption strategies into practical delivery plans.
• Designing and delivering engaging, accessible, user-centred learning.
• Advising clients and project teams on learning approaches, adoption and business readiness.
• Working closely with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and shape effective solutions.
• Managing learning risks, issues and dependencies and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Evaluating learning effectiveness and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• 3+ years’ experience delivering learning and training solutions specifically within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) transformation programmes.
• Strong experience across TNA, curriculum design and blended learning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting and influencing skills.
• Experience working across complex transformation programmes and multiple workstreams.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• A good understanding of how learning drives user adoption, business readiness and successful technology transformation.
• Experience managing learning deliverables, risks and dependencies.
• A consultative, proactive and collaborative approach.

Desirable:

• Experience with tools such as Articulate, Camtasia or Lemon Learning.
• Experience using AI tools to support learning design and delivery.
• TAP qualification or Microsoft Certified Trainer status.
• Fluency in Spanish, French or German.

You’ll be passionate about helping people adapt to change and get the most from new technology. You’ll combine strong learning expertise with commercial and consulting judgement, and be confident working with senior stakeholders, SMEs and project teams.

You’ll be comfortable challenging constructively, influencing decisions and turning complex requirements into practical learning solutions.
