Role Description

The Senior Legal Executive will support family law and divorce practice by managing case files, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with clients, counsel, and external parties. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing affidavits and court documents, assisting with case strategy, conducting legal research, and maintaining accurate records and timelines. The Senior Legal Executive is expected to take ownership of assigned matters, anticipate follow-up requirements, and proactively support the lawyers to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law, with experience in family law and divorce matters.
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting affidavits, pleadings, agreements, and court forms.
  • Ability to work independently through file progress.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in law or legal studies, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 5 years experience as a Legal Executive or Paralegal in a law firm, preferably in family law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, work to deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
  • High level of professionalism and client-focused mindset.
