Senior Level Mobile

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced senior-level mobile developer to join our mobile application development team. In this role, you will lead the architecture, engineering, and continuous deployment of high-performance mobile applications while integrating closely with cross-functional teams and backend systems.

What You'll Do

• Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Lead mobile codebase development, establishing best practices, clean architecture patterns, and rigorous code quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and UI/UX Designers to translate product requirements into technical implementations.
• Monitor app performance, diagnose production issues, optimize speed, and resolve complex technical bugs.
• Drive code reviews, establish automated testing pipelines, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Manage end-to-end continuous integration and deployment processes for App Store and Google Play Store releases.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 4–5+ years of professional hands-on experience in mobile application development (Flutter, React Native, iOS/Swift, or Android/Kotlin).
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture paradigms (Clean Architecture, MVVM, BLoC, etc.) and state management.
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs.
• In-depth knowledge of the entire mobile application lifecycle, unit/integration testing, and deployment to the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a fully remote setup.
• Excellent communication skills and strong technical leadership abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter or React Native) alongside native app development experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools dedicated to mobile applications (e.g., Bitrise, Fastlane, GitHub Actions).
• Experience implementing real-time data streaming and complex caching strategies.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and building accessible, polished user interfaces using tools like Figma.
• Prior experience in consulting or working within a Talent-on-Demand/client-facing model.
