Senior Listings Executive

Salary: €65k

Total Package: up to €80k

Duties:

• Advising clients on the drafting of listing particulars documentation (listing application documents) for fund and debt projects for submission to the relevant stock exchange on behalf of clients.
• Advising an international client base in relation to the listing of Irish and offshore domiciled investment funds and debt securities on Euronext Dublin, the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
• Complete listing conditions checklist
• Liaising with the relevant stock exchange’s funds and debt teams and fund service providers in relation to active listing projects.
• Advising clients on listing rules and changes to same on the various exchanges
• Managing client relationships.

Experience:

• Experience with debt or securities listings (4+ years)
• Have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Have a confident telephone manner.
• Business or Legal Degree
• Have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Be self-motivated, analytical and proactive.
