Senior Litigation Attorney (Warranty & Lemon Law) Full-Time | Hybrid | San Diego, CA Salary: $200,000-$315,000 About the Opportunity An established Am Law 100 law firm is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its growing Warranty & Lemon Law practice in San Diego. This role is ideal for an attorney with significant civil litigation experience who enjoys managing cases independently and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a collaborative national firm. Attorneys with backgrounds in insurance defense, product liability, or other high-volume litigation practices are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Manage a large docket of consumer warranty litigation matters from inception through resolution Develop case strategy and independently draft and argue dispositive motions Handle all phases of written discovery and depositions Appear in state and federal court for hearings and other proceedings Lead settlement negotiations and mediations Collaborate with clients and internal leadership to achieve favorable outcomes Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining exceptional legal work product Qualifications 8+ years of post-JD civil litigation experience Experience independently managing litigation matters from start to finish Strong motion practice and discovery experience First-chair deposition experience Experience in insurance defense, product liability, warranty, lemon law, or other civil litigation Active California Bar license in good standing Comfortable managing a high-volume litigation practice Interest in building a long-term career within one firm Compensation & Benefits Salary: $200,000-$315,000 Hybrid work arrangement Full-time position Opportunity for long-term professional growth within an established national law firm Visa sponsorship is not available.
