The Opportunity

We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Luxury Travel Designer with proven experience in bespoke luxury travel, strong destination knowledge and the commercial skills to manage complex, high-value enquiries.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the travel design process, from understanding client requirements and curating exceptional experiences to developing proposals, negotiating with suppliers and securing bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design bespoke itineraries and curate luxury villas, yacht charters and exclusive travel experiences.
• Manage complex HNW/UHNW enquiries, from initial consultation to booking confirmation.
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate supplier conditions and manage pricing and profitability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury suppliers, DMCs and hospitality partners.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations and Concierge teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain exceptional standards of accuracy, responsiveness, discretion and client service.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in bespoke luxury travel or high-end travel design.
• Proven experience handling high-value bookings and demanding international clientele.
• Strong knowledge of multiple destinations within the BELCOST portfolio.
• Solid experience in supplier negotiations, quotations, pricing and booking conversion.
• Excellent organisational skills, commercial awareness and ability to work independently.
• A proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven approach.

Languages

• Fluent English, written and spoken: essential.
• Spanish: highly desirable.
• Italian and other additional languages: an advantage.

Working Model

This is a primarily remote-based position for candidates based in Italy.

The role includes an initial training and onboarding programme at our headquarters in Ibiza, followed by scheduled in-person working periods at our office in Livorno, Italy.

Occasional professional travel, destination visits and supplier meetings may also be required.
