AMB Advisory Services is building an AI-powered M&A advisory firm for Main Street deals. We help owners of small and mid-sized businesses sell their companies, and we help buyers acquire them. AI handles the heavy lifting on financials, materials, and buyer outreach, so our team spends its time on reviewing materials and advising clients. We’re hiring the first members of a small, incredibly talented advisory team who will run our deals and help our engineering team develop a best-in-class tech stack.
What you’ll do: run day-to-day execution on live deals; turn clients’ raw financials into clean, decision-ready analysis and spot what’s missing; draft teasers, CIMs, and buyer materials with our templates and AI tools; manage client data requests, buyer questions, and timelines; join client and buyer calls in English; use our AI tools every day and make them better, from templates and prompts to what we build next.
What we’re looking for: 4–8 years of M&A experience through transaction services, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity; excellent spoken and written English, comfortable on calls with US business owners; strong accounting and Excel skills; you’re a self-starter who runs a process and enjoys building and taking ownership; you already use AI tools in your work and want to improve how deals get done.
What we offer: a base of USD $50,000–$75,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus on every deal that closes. The bonus rate increases as you handle more deals at once, so your pay grows with the volume you run. At full deal volume, total compensation can reach about $180,000 a year. Fully remote with hours that overlap New York; direct work with the partners on real US deals and room to grow as we scale our team.
How to apply: send your resume and answer four short questions in English. Shortlisted candidates complete a paid work sample based on a real, anonymized deal.
