The Role The Senior Manager with Central Hotel Services will lead a team of Central Revenue Managers (CRMs) and collaborate with other CRM and CHS Leadership colleagues. They will provide support, coaching, and strategic guidance to their team of CRMs while maintaining responsibility for their own hotel portfolio. This person will work with the senior leadership team to gather data and conduct analysis of revenue potential generated by both transient and group travel. They will make strategic decisions, communicate effectively with property and Central Revenue Management teams, and assist in moving Central Hotel Services forward. This role is focused on the daily management of people and a small portfolio of hotels across the Americas: Lead a team focused on financial success of the organization, taking ownership of the hotels within the portfolios of the Central Revenue Managers reporting to you Communicate frequently and well with property, above property, and corporate teams tracking trends, reporting results and developing actions based on findings Assist in the hiring and growth of new employees and current colleagues leading each person with care and providing support so that the team is happy to bring their whole self to work Provide strategic guidance to Central Revenue Managers within the scope of Central Revenue Management services. Assist in the growth of the Central Services programs through promotion and data driven success of the program’s services Support the Central Revenue Management, Central Sales Management, and Bridge Services teams through collaboration, training, and development initiatives Encourage and drive the daily use of Service Now through tracking and analytics Work closely with the Central Revenue Management and Central Sales Management teams to provide support and analytics through frequent projects. Help the Leadership team achieve success in all departmental goals. (ie. RGI, program size growth, DE&I involvement, etc) Continue to support your own portfolio of hotels through: o Daily review and management of Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodation and rate inventory controls o Prepare weekly strategy reports for numerous hotels used during their strategy meetings o Prepare monthly sell strategy for 12-month booking window. Ensure group strategies are in place with the hotel strategy team for the entire booking cycle Qualifications Experience Required: Minimum 3 years’ experience with multiple properties or multiple markets Experience working with Hyatt properties Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Point and be capable of creating documents, working charts, and spreadsheets High School Diploma Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2 years’ experience of leading people Minimum 10 years’ experience in a hotel or related field desired PRO, Reserve, RMT, Envision systems experience are preferred The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.
