Senior Manager – Cloud Solution Delivery

Lead cloud transformation and infrastructure initiatives using Agile methodologies. Drive program governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of cloud and platform modernization programs. Manage end-to-end delivery of cloud migration, modernization, infrastructure, and platform transformation initiatives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation. Coordinate across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Network, DevOps, and Application teams to drive execution. Build strong relationships with business leaders, clients, and technology stakeholders. Lead stakeholder communications, governance reviews, steering committees, and executive reporting. Identify and mitigate delivery risks, resolve escalations, and remove project roadblocks. Ensure project readiness, transition planning, and alignment with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and Agile maturity. Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management processes. 8-15 years of Project/Program Management experience. Experience leading Cloud, Infrastructure, Data Center, Digital Transformation, or Platform programs. Strong understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps concepts. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Certifications PMP / PRINCE2 (optional) Must have one of below Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe Agilist Cloud Foundation Certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) – must have for one of the Cloud Service Provider
