Senior Manager – Corporate Accounting Services

I'm partnering with a leading international financial services provider experiencing significant growth within its Corporate Services division.

We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager or Senior Manager who's ready to take on greater leadership responsibility, manage an established team and play a key role in a rapidly expanding business.

This opportunity offers the chance to step into an Associate Director-level position, with genuine autonomy, international exposure and the opportunity to influence how services are delivered.

The Opportunity

• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, including three direct reports and a wider team.
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting services across a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact.
• Oversee management accounts, financial statements, tax compliance and audit requirements.
• Drive improvements in processes, efficiencies and client service delivery.
• Work closely with senior leadership and collaborate with international teams.

What We're Looking For

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years' relevant accounting experience.
• Strong background in corporate services, outsourced accounting or financial accounting advisory services (FAAS).
• Proven people management experience – ideally 3+ years.
• Broad technical accounting knowledge, including management accounts, financial reporting and VAT.
• Strong client-facing experience and the confidence to manage relationships independently.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to take ownership and drive improvements.

Candidates from corporate services providers or Big Four accounting firms would be particularly welcome.
