At Quantcast, we don't just build advertising technology, we revolutionize how it works. Our AI-powered Demand Side Platform (DSP) connects the world's most ambitious marketers with their ideal audiences across the open internet, delivering results that actually move the needle. Since 2006, we've been the industry's trailblazer, launching the first AI-powered measurement platform for publishers and the first AI-driven DSP. Our AI doesn't just optimize—it delivers the measurable outcomes that matter most to our clients, giving them the competitive edge they need in a crowded marketplace. Ready to join the team that's defining the future of digital advertising?

Help shape a commercial effectiveness discipline at a pivotal moment as Quantcast brings Q+ and outcome-led selling to market. We are looking for a senior, hands-on enablement manager to raise the effectiveness of our enterprise sellers and frontline managers. You will have the opportunity to build scalable coaching standards and make an observable impact on how our global commercial team sells.

This is a commercial performance role: to translate sales methodology, call intelligence and coaching into stronger discovery, more rigorous qualification, better pitches and measurable improvements in conversion.

What you'll do:

Qualification and sales execution

  • Establish and embed a practical qualification framework suited to our sales motions, integrating BANT and MEDDPICC coherently.

  • Improve discovery, objection handling, negotiation, deal progression and closing through observable standards and targeted practice.

Manager-led coaching

  • Equip frontline sales managers with coaching playbooks, call-review routines, inspection cadences and train-the-trainer support.

  • Build manager capability rather than becoming a substitute for day-to-day sales management.

Pitch and seller effectiveness

  • Diagnose pitch quality and individual skill gaps; run practical workshops, role-play and focused coaching on discovery, value articulation, objection handling and outcome-based conversations.

  • Partner with Product Marketing and learning/content colleagues on the narratives and practice assets sellers need.

Gong-enabled improvement

  • Define call-quality scorecards, skills diagnostics and coaching workflows using Gong insights.

  • Partner with Sales Ops, which owns platform configuration, data and reporting, and with the Global Enablement Program Manager to coordinate adoption and rollout.

Measurement and continuous improvement

  • Establish baselines, track methodology adoption and coaching quality, and translate insights into targeted improvement plans.

  • Review progress with Sales leadership and Sales Ops monthly, linking seller behavior to commercial outcomes.

What success looks like

  • Consistent qualification standards and meaningful manager coaching across regions; improving pitch proficiency, Gong call quality and methodology adoption; measurable contribution to SAL-to-SQL conversion, SQL-to-win conversion, ICP win rates and seller ramp time.

  • These commercial metrics are shared outcomes with Sales, not individually controlled by Enablement.

Who you are:

  • 8+ years experience improving enterprise B2B sales effectiveness, ideally in complex, consultative sales environments.

  • Practical command of qualification and sales methodologies, including BANT and MEDDPICC, with evidence of successful field adoption.

  • Strong credibility coaching senior sellers and frontline sales managers; skilled at diagnosing behaviors and building repeatable coaching systems.

  • Experience using conversation intelligence (ideally Gong) to assess call quality, build scorecards and drive coaching adoption.

  • Commercial and analytical judgment: ability to connect enablement interventions to pipeline conversion and seller productivity.

  • Excellent cross-functional partnership, facilitation and change-management skills across distributed teams.

How you will work

You will partner closely with Sales leaders and managers (who own ongoing seller coaching), Sales Ops (Gong/CRM administration and reporting), Product Marketing and the Commercial Content & Learning Lead (messaging and practice assets), the Global Enablement Program Manager (program rollout), and performance-marketing experts (technical fluency and outcome-led selling).

Scope of the role

This role does not own seller line management, individual deals, Gong administration, primary sales-content production or the technical performance-marketing curriculum. Its mandate is sustained methodology adoption, manager coaching and seller effectiveness.
