About this Position

Lead the global strategy, design and governance of Henkel’s Short-Term Incentive (STI), Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and recognition programs as part of the Global Total Rewards Expert Team, ensuring they effectively support business performance, talent outcomes and Henkel’s performance culture in our Business Unit Human Ressources.

What you´ll do

  • Own, define and continuously evolve global policies, frameworks and guidelines related to global incentives, aligned with business priorities and the Total Rewards strategy
  • Monitor market trends and external best practices to ensure competitiveness and relevance, and evaluate program effectiveness and business impact through analytics and insights
  • Drive simplification, digitalization and AI-enabled enhancements to improve user experience and operational excellence
  • Act as the global subject matter expert for incentive and recognition programs and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Partner closely with senior business leaders, HR, Finance, Legal and key stakeholders to deliver market-competitive, business-aligned reward solutions and ensure effective governance and execution
  • Lead global communication, implementation and change management, enable HRBPs and people managers through guidance, tools and training, and drive consistent adoption across regions and businesses while balancing global standards with local requirements
  • Lead and develop global HR team capabilities, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of Total Rewards experience
  • Strong expertise in designing and governing global compensation, STI, LTI, and recognition programs. Knowledge of sales incentives design is valued
  • Proven experience working in a complex, global matrix organization
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and strong executive presence, including developing teams, driving change, managing cross-functional collaboration, and advising and influencing strategic stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex global initiatives across functions, regions, systems, and external partners
