About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, highly collaborative Senior Manager of GTM Enablement to lead how critical information, content, and change reaches and activates our Revenue organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Enablement, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Revenue Leadership, connecting company priorities to field execution. You will own the strategy and operating model for GTM enablement communications, content, and readiness…ensuring sellers and frontline leaders understand what matters, why it matters, and what they need to do next.
This is not simply a communications role. The Senior Manager will help create a more intentional and scalable seller experience by reducing noise, improving prioritization, strengthening launch readiness, and ensuring the field has the right information and resources at the right moment.
The ideal candidate combines strong GTM judgment with exceptional communication, program management, and change-management skills. They can take complex product, AI, pricing, process, and business initiatives and translate them into simple, actionable experiences that drive field readiness and adoption.
What you’ll do
GTM Communication Strategy & Roadmap: Own the GTM enablement communications roadmap, aligning messaging across Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Revenue Leadership, and other cross-functional partners with key business and field priorities.
Content Creation: Translate complex product updates, AI capabilities, GTM initiatives, sales plays, and operational changes into clear, engaging, and actionable field content and communications, including newsletters, Slack updates, enablement resources, and leadership communications.
Change Adoption: Partner with Revenue leaders and cross-functional teams on major product launches, tooling rollouts, sales process changes, and other strategic initiatives, developing communications and enablement plans that support field readiness and adoption.
Field & Manager Communications: Build and manage recurring communications programs that help sellers and frontline leaders understand what matters, why it matters, and what actions they need to take, while reducing noise and improving consistency across the Revenue organization.
GTM Launch Communications & Readiness: Develop communications and readiness strategies for major product launches and strategic initiatives, bringing together messaging, content, enablement resources, and reinforcement to prepare the field for execution.
Enablement Operating Model & Scalability: Build scalable frameworks, templates, intake processes, prioritization mechanisms, governance standards, and operating rhythms that improve how GTM enablement communications and content are planned, executed, and reinforced.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner across Product Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Leadership to connect business priorities with field execution and create a cohesive seller experience.
Content & Platform Governance: Manage the organization, governance, and ongoing maintenance of enablement content across platforms, content hubs, and learning systems to ensure resources are current, relevant, easy to find, and aligned with field priorities.
Enablement Communications & Content Support: Partner with enablement leaders and program owners to develop the communications, content, and reinforcement supporting sales plays, onboarding, certifications, manager enablement, product launches, and live or virtual programs, helping drive field awareness, participation, and adoption.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Use engagement data, feedback loops, seller input, and field insights to assess effectiveness, identify emerging needs, and continuously improve GTM communications, content, and enablement
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience across Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, GTM Communications, Change Management, or related disciplines.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives within a fast-moving B2B SaaS or technology organization.
Strong understanding of how Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations work together to bring GTM priorities to the field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts without losing strategic meaning.
Demonstrated experience developing field communications, launch strategies, content programs, or change-management initiatives.
Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience creating scalable processes, governance models, intake mechanisms, templates, and operating rhythms.
Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
Experience working with enablement, learning, content management, collaboration, and communications platforms.
Analytical mindset and experience using data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and improve programs.
A strong understanding of seller and manager workflows and an instinct for protecting field capacity and minimizing unnecessary noise.
What success looks like
Success in this role means the Revenue organization has greater clarity and confidence around what matters most. Sellers spend less time searching for information or sorting through competing messages. Managers have the context and resources they need to reinforce priorities with their teams. Strategic launches reach the field through a coordinated readiness experience rather than disconnected communications.
Cross-functional teams have a clear, trusted process for bringing initiatives to the field, enablement content remains current and easy to find, and GTM communications become increasingly targeted, measurable, and actionable.
Ultimately, this role will help create a Revenue organization where the right information reaches the right audience at the right time—and translates into action.
Why this role matters
This role will help shape how Ironclad’s Sales teams sell in the next chapter of the market. The opportunity is bigger than running programs. It is about helping the field operate with more confidence, more consistency, and more leverage by combining strong enablement fundamentals with practical AI adoption.
Success in this role means the field has clearer guidance, stronger reinforcement, better AI readiness, and a more coherent enablement experience across priority moments that matter most.
