This role leads the delivery and evolution of Total Rewards across Non-US markets (approximately 12 countries) for Pizza Hut as it transitions to, and operates as, a standalone company. The role blends international delivery leadership, with hands-on execution and localized design expertise—ensuring continuity of rewards operations while building toward a scalable, future-ready Total Rewards model aligned with global strategy. This individual will serve as the primary owner for non-US Total Rewards operations including compensation, benefits, and mobility delivery, while partnering closely with local market P&C & functional leaders, and external vendors to drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency. This role reports to the Global Director of Total Rewards and is a critical leader within the global Total Rewards & People and Culture ecosystem, ensuring strong alignment between regional execution and global strategy while operating with a high degree of autonomy. Key Responsibilities 1. International Total Rewards Leadership Serve as the lead Total Rewards leader for approximately 12 countries outside the U.S. Advise Non-US P&C leaders and business stakeholders on compensation, benefits, mobility, and rewards-related matters across international markets. 2. International Total Rewards Delivery Own end-to-end delivery of Total Rewards programs across Non-US markets Ensure seamless execution of: Compensation programs (annual reward cycle administration - salary & incentive, pay recommendations, offers, required pay reporting, etc.) Benefits programs (enrollment, vendor coordination, escalations, local compliance) Global mobility (local relocation vendors, execution support) Provide hands-on support for pay changes, promotions, and side by side-related processes 3. Vendor Management Manage relationships with local vendors and brokers (e.g., benefits providers, relocation partners, consultants) Ensure all local contracts are in place, compliant, and operationally effective Oversee: Enrollment submissions Vendor integrations and service delivery Local agency coordination (with strong UK/EMEA focus) 4. Design & Advisory Provides Non-US input into Global Total Reward strategies, programs, processes, frameworks, & priorities, and leads local implementation & adoption Drives alignment between local market needs and the global Total Rewards philosophy and governance framework. Lead localized designs and/or enhancements where global programs require adaptation Works with local worker’s councils / unions Provide advisory consultation and expertise to Global TR, local P&C, & functional stakeholders: including: Market-specific reward structuring Market competitiveness Program cost & effectiveness Regulatory or tax-driven program design changes 5. Day 1 Readiness & Transition Execution Play a critical role in Day 1 separation readiness and post-close stabilization Support disentanglement from legacy Yum/shared systems by: Understanding local market programs & areas of employee impact Establishing local contracts and vendor relationships Ensuring continuity of rewards processes across markets Coordinating transition from TSA or legacy support structures 6. International Operating Model Build-Out Help establish and operationalize the International (Non-US) Total Rewards delivery model Contribute to defining standard processes and governance Drive consistency across ~12 markets while balancing local flexibility Identify opportunities to: Simplify and standardize processes across markets Reduce reliance on fragmented local solutions Improve data quality and reporting Qualifications & Experience Required 8–12+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits, with strong international exposure Demonstrated experience managing multi-country rewards programs Strong understanding of: Compensation structures and benchmarking Benefits program design and administration Global mobility fundamentals Experience working with external vendors and brokers across multiple markets Proven ability to operate in complex, matrixed, and transformation environments Preferred Experience supporting M&A, separation, or large-scale transformation initiatives Familiarity with UK, EMEA, or APAC markets Experience working within or building COE/shared service delivery models Exposure to global HRIS or rewards systems implementations
