🇬🇧United Kingdom🏢Hybrid💰£65.0K–£70.0K📁People & Talent
Is this job info correct?
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Location: Leamington Spa (Remote/Hybrid – office once a month or quarterly)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Opportunity

This is a newly created role with full ownership of the reward function in a growing international SaaS business. Reporting directly into the Chief People Officer, you'll take the lead on compensation, benefits, reward reporting, pay governance and compliance across the UK, Ireland and India.

This is a strategic but hands-on position, ideal for someone who has built or owned reward processes rather than simply supporting them. You'll work closely with senior leadership, Finance and HR to shape the company's reward strategy while ensuring employees are rewarded fairly and competitively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, pay structures and job levelling across multiple countries.
  • Own the annual salary review process, including modelling, analysis, governance and senior leadership reporting.
  • Prepare reward reporting, analytics and data packs for senior stakeholders, including Executive Leadership and Remuneration Committee meetings.
  • Lead the organisation's EU Pay Transparency and pay equity initiatives, ensuring compliance across the UK and Ireland.
  • Manage employee benefits across multiple regions, including vendor relationships, renewals and market benchmarking.
  • Build and maintain reward dashboards, reporting and analytics using advanced Excel and HR systems.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure payroll-related compensation data is accurate and compliant.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for reward, advising managers and HR on compensation decisions and reward best practice.
  • Improve reward processes, governance and reporting while supporting wider HR transformation initiatives.

What They're Looking For

  • Dedicated experience within Reward, Compensation or Total Rewards.
  • Strong experience with salary benchmarking, pay reviews, salary structures and job evaluation.
  • Knowledge of UK and Ireland reward legislation, including EU Pay Transparency and pay equity.
  • Experience managing employee benefits and external providers.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong reporting and analytical capability.
  • Experience presenting reward information to senior leadership, Executive Teams or Remuneration Committees would be highly desirable.
  • HRIS experience (HiBob would be an advantage).
  • Comfortable working independently and building new processes in a growing business.
