The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Manager, Lottery Enablement, you'll drive performance and leadership development across the Customer organization. You'll use data to shape coaching strategies, improve quality programs, and help teams deliver stronger customer experiences at scale. By partnering with stakeholders across the business, you'll turn performance insights into scalable learning initiatives that raise standards, strengthen team growth, and elevate operational execution. You'll also lead change management initiatives across our lottery fulfillment centers, ensuring teams are equipped to adopt new processes, systems, and technologies.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and execution of quality and coaching programs that improve team performance and elevate the customer experience.
- Use data and performance insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and deliver recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop leadership programs focused on coaching, feedback, and long-term team growth.
- Maintain performance standards and ensure consistent execution across processes and communication channels.
- Lead a team of project managers overseeing initiatives across the lottery fulfillment lifecycle, driving operational improvements across multiple fulfillment centers.
- Drive change management initiatives, including communication, training, and operational readiness, to support the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational changes with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and relevant experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in quality, coaching, or performance management.
- Experience using data and analytics to drive performance improvements and inform decision making.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships to drive impactful initiatives.
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, MaestroQA, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools like SQL or Excel.
- Experience leading change management initiatives, managing complex projects, and driving operational improvements across multiple teams or locations.
- The ability to travel to lottery fulfillment centers across the U.S. to support operational initiatives, team development, and change management efforts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 118,400.00 USD - 148,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
