About Wellness Together

At Wellness Together, we are dedicated to expanding access to youth mental health services and supporting school communities. We partner with school districts, educators, and community organizations to deliver impactful mental health programs, evidence-based services, and national conferences. If you are a strategic marketing leader passionate about mission-driven work and mental health equity, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Senior Manager of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, elevate our brand, and support organizational growth.

In this role, you will bridge high-level strategy with hands-on execution. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Partnerships, you will manage our internal creative team and partner with executive, program, outreach, and event teams to build campaigns that deepen engagement with school districts and community partners.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with organizational priorities and partnership expansion goals.

  • Direct day-to-day operations for the marketing team, providing mentorship, feedback, and clear project workflows for the Brand Manager and Junior Designer.

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director and partnership teams to ensure marketing initiatives actively support district partnership growth.

  • Advise senior leadership on messaging, positioning, media opportunities, and thought leadership.

Campaign & Content Development

  • Manage end-to-end multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, web, PR, events, and partner communications.

  • Write, edit, and oversee compelling content—including newsletters, presentation decks, press releases, blog posts, partnership presentation materials, and website copy.

  • Ensure all outward-facing communications are culturally responsive, accessible, audience-centered, and aligned with our core values to promote equitable access.

  • Drive marketing for major organizational events, including conferences, webinars, fundraising initiatives, and program launches.

Strategy, Analytics & Brand Stewardship

  • Act as the primary guardian of Wellness Together’s brand voice and visual standards across all platforms.

  • Establish key marketing metrics; track and report on campaign performance, email engagement, web traffic, partnership inquiries, and CRM attribution.

  • Use data insights to continually optimize marketing tactics and share updates with executive leadership.

Qualifications & Key Competencies

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline. (Degrees in Education, Psychology, or Public Health paired with strong marketing experience are also welcomed).

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field, with proven success leading multi-channel campaigns.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring team members, contractors, or cross-functional creative teams.

  • Writing & Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a talent for translating complex ideas into clear, engaging messages for varied audiences (e.g., district leaders, funders, partners).

  • Tech & MarTech Literacy: Hands-on experience with CRM, email, social, and web tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Squarespace, Sprout Social).

  • Data-Driven: Familiarity with tracking pipeline metrics and marketing attribution within CRM platforms like HubSpot.

  • Mindset: Strategic judgment paired with a hands-on willingness to step into execution when needed.

  • Valued Experience: Prior work developing culturally responsive/multilingual materials, partnership presentation decks, speaking proposals, or working within mental health, K-12 education, or non-profit sectors is strongly preferred.

Working Environment & Requirements

  • Location: Remote.

  • Hours: 40 hours per week.

  • Physical Demands: Standard computer work, including sitting/standing for extended periods, operating regular office equipment, communicating via phone/video calls, and the ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
