As a Senior Manager, Offer Development, you will turn site development initiatives into competitive and deliverable customer offerings. You will bring together site, grid, power, flexibility and readiness timelinesinto a compelling proposition, connecting delivery, energy supply, and investment funding into a single commercial offering.

This role is part of our Corporate Customers and Markets business unit.

About the role

Your responsibilities:

  • Own the commercial proposition for each initiative, including capacity, phasing, grid, power, sustainability, heat, flexibility, timeline and structure for selected sites.
  • Run business development to solve grid queues, reinforcement schedules and permitting risks for customers.
  • Support identifying new and brownfield initiatives for acquisition and development decisions.
  • Support marketing, site visits, due diligence, RFIs, and proposal development.
  • Run initiatives in parallel across different maturities, customer types, land, grid and permitting paths.
  • Coordinate closely with commercial, development, energy, investment, legal, and partnership teams.
  • Balance commercial opportunities with delivery capabilities and timelines.
  • Tailor offerings to hyperscale, colocation, and neocloud customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, municipalities, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support customer engagements and site-specific development initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted local representative and help build trust and maintain Fortum's reputation.

About you

To succeed and thrive, we believe you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, offer development, product development, or project development within data centers, energy, renewables, or infrastructure.
  • Understanding of zoning, permitting, grid connections, and customer site requirements.
  • Working knowledge of PPAs, power density, cooling systems, redundancy and fiber.
  • Strong capabilities in offer development, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, and customer presentations.
  • Fluent Finnish and English language skills. Swedish or Norwegian is considered an advantage.
