Our pipeline is promising with several Phase 3 assets in the Oncology space.

Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Patient Marketing plays a key role in developing and executing patient-focused marketing initiatives across our oncology portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Patient Marketing, this role will manage day-to-day execution of patient and caregiver engagement programs, ensuring that campaigns are impactful, innovative, and fully compliant. The ideal candidate brings strong patient marketing expertise, patient-centric thinking, and proven ability to manage complex projects across cross-functional teams and agency partners. This individual will support both branded and unbranded efforts designed to educate, engage, and empower patients and caregivers across the oncology journey.

This role reports directly into the Director of Patient Marketing, which is part of the marketing organization. The marketing organization reports directly into the Head of Commercial. The Sr. Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross functional partners—including Solid Tumor & Hematology Brand Marketing teams, Advocacy teams, Insights & Analytics, IT, Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs), Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, and external partners—and will play a critical role in the execution of product brand strategy and priorities.

Primary Responsibilities

Patient/Caregiver Campaign Execution

  • Own patient marketing strategy for oncology indication(s) — translate brand and portfolio strategy into an integrated patient/DTC strategy, priorities, and annual tactical plan.
  • Lead patient acquisition strategy — identify opportunities to reach, educate, and motivate appropriate patients across the journey, from awareness through diagnosis and treatment consideration.
  • Develop patient-facing campaigns and content — lead DTC campaigns, digital discussion guides, educational materials, and other patient-facing assets, ensuring a compelling and consistent patient narrative.
  • Translate patient insights into action — leverage market research, behavioral/data insights, journey mapping, and performance data to identify unmet needs and optimize strategy and execution.
  • Serve as the patient marketing point person for the indication/brand — connect Patient Marketing with Brand Marketing, Patient Affairs, Communications, Medical, Legal/Regulatory/Compliance, and other partners.
  • Orchestrate execution across Patient Marketing capabilities — partner closely with the Digital/CRM Lead on journeys, channels and CRM activation and the Peer-to-Peer Lead on ambassador, mentorship and retention opportunities.
  • Drive agency and tactical execution — lead agency partners, creative development, timelines, budgets, MLR review, and delivery of high-quality work.
  • Measure and optimize impact — establish KPIs, monitor campaign and acquisition performance, and continuously optimize based on data and learning.
  • Protect indication-level differentiation while building for scale — ensure the unique needs and positioning of each indication are reflected while leveraging common platforms, processes and assets across the portfolio.
  • Champion the patient perspective — ensure patient needs, barriers and experiences are represented in commercial decision-making and that all engagement is compliant, appropriate and patient-centered.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with brand marketing, medical affairs, compliance, and patient advocacy colleagues to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Navigate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes to ensure content and campaigns are brought to market efficiently and compliantly.
  • Act as the digital marketing lead in cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with broader brand objectives.
