Senior Manager, Procurement PMO & Analytics

Location: India / Remote

Reporting To: Vice President, Global Procurement

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Procurement PMO & Analytics serves as the operational backbone of the Global Procurement function, providing leadership across procurement governance, project management, savings tracking, performance reporting, and benefits realization.

This role is responsible for creating visibility into procurement performance and transformation initiatives through robust analytics, executive reporting, and PMO governance. The successful candidate will manage procurement savings reporting, track delivery against commitments, maintain project and program status reporting, and ensure leadership has timely insight into procurement outcomes and value creation.

The role will also lead the Global Savings Review Board (GSRB) process, coordinating governance activities, reporting, action management, and stakeholder accountability across the procurement organization.

Success in this position requires strong analytical capability, project management expertise, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to drive disciplined governance across a complex global function.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement PMO & Project Management

  • Lead PMO activities across procurement transformation and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue logs.
  • Track progress against procurement priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project status reporting for procurement leadership.
  • Identify and escalate delivery risks, proposing mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Support annual planning, portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and roadmap management.

Savings Tracking & Benefits Realization

  • Maintain the procurement savings pipeline and realization tracker.
  • Track savings delivery against approved business cases and commitments.
  • Monitor forecasted, validated, and realized savings across all procurement initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure savings methodologies and reporting are aligned.
  • Produce monthly savings and benefits realization reporting for senior leadership.
  • Identify risks to savings attainment and coordinate mitigation actions with stakeholders.
  • Maintain transparency and auditability of savings reporting and performance metrics.

Analytics & Executive Reporting

  • Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Analyse procurement performance, spending trends, supplier data, and operational metrics.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement performance reports.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations for Procurement Leadership, Finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve procurement effectiveness and financial outcomes.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior leadership.

Governance & GSRB Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate the Global Savings Review Board (GSRB) process.
  • Prepare governance materials, agendas, reporting packs, and meeting outputs.
  • Drive effective governance practices across procurement programs and savings initiatives.
  • Track actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies arising from governance forums.
  • Ensure follow-up actions are completed and stakeholders remain accountable for commitments.
  • Maintain governance calendars and reporting schedules.
  • Support leadership decision-making through accurate and timely governance reporting.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, reporting, and governance.
  • Drive standardisation and automation of procurement reporting and performance management.
  • Support procurement transformation initiatives and organisational change activities.
  • Establish best practices for project management, savings tracking, and benefits realization.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the procurement function.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in PMO, Procurement, Business Operations, Finance, Analytics, Consulting, or related functions.
  • Proven experience in project and program management within a complex global environment.
  • Strong experience in management reporting, performance tracking, and executive communications.
  • Experience managing savings tracking, benefits realization, and performance measurement activities.
  • Experience leading governance forums and driving action management across senior stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives and organisational change programs.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
  • Strong Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence experience.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, or Coupa.
  • Strong understanding of reporting automation and data visualization.
  • Experience managing large datasets and producing executive insights.
