This is your chance to be part of a Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) that offers Owned, Managed, and Franchised Hilton hotels world-class revenue management talent and tools. As the Senior Manager, Strategic Operations - Technology Strategy & Roadmap, you will lead strategic technology planning for RMCC Americas by developing the multi-year roadmap for data systems, reporting, automation, workflow modernization, and technology capabilities that support RMCC's evolving commercial operating model.
On the Strategic Operations team, you will report into the Director, and partner across RMCC, Technology, Data, Product, Commercial, and Enterprise teams to translate business priorities into sequenced technology capabilities, evaluate roadmap trade-offs, align stakeholders on investment priorities, and prepare solutions for scalable adoption across a high-volume commercial support organization.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Develop and maintain RMCC's multi-year technology roadmap across data systems, reporting, automation, workflow tools, and commercial support platforms.
- Translate RMCC business strategy, operating model needs, and stakeholder priorities into sequenced technology capabilities, roadmap themes, and delivery recommendations.
- Lead annual and quarterly technology planning processes that evaluate demand, capacity, dependencies, risks, benefits, and business value.
- Assess current-state tools, reporting environments, workflows, and data systems to identify modernization opportunities, simplification needs, and future capability gaps.
- Partner with Technology, Data, Product, and RMCC leaders to align proposed solutions with enterprise standards, architecture patterns, platform direction, and operational needs.
- Prepare executive-ready roadmap materials, decision frameworks, investment recommendations, and prioritization options for RMCC and enterprise leadership.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Serve as the strategic planning bridge between RMCC business leaders, Technology partners, Data teams, Product teams, platform owners, reporting teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate roadmap planning and prioritization forums that align leaders on business value, technical dependencies, resource needs, timelines, risks, and trade-offs.
- Across diverse stakeholder groups create decision materials that clarify options, impacts, dependencies, and recommended next steps.
- Influence internal and external partners to advance roadmap priorities, resolve blockers, and ensure technology plans remain aligned to RMCC's commercial strategy.
Projects you'll take ownership of:
- Current-state and future-state assessments for reporting, automation, workflow tools, data systems, and commercial support platforms.
- KPI and value-realization frameworks that measure roadmap progress, adoption, operational impact, stakeholder experience, and business outcomes.
- Transition planning materials that help move roadmap items from strategy into delivery, implementation, adoption, and operational support.
