We're seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to primarily support hiring across our Integrated Communications capability, including Public Relations, Corporate Communications, and related disciplines. The ideal candidate brings agency recruiting experience and understands the unique talent landscape within healthcare and pharmaceutical communications. While this role will primarily focus on Integrated Communications hiring, our Talent Acquisition team operates as a highly collaborative, cross-functional group, support hiring across Media, Medical Communications, Analytics, Advertising, and other capabilities as business needs evolve. The ideal candidate is excited by the opportunity to broaden their recruiting expertise and support multiple areas of the business. What You'll Do Partner with business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies that support growth and business objectives. Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of healthcare communications-focused roles, from sourcing through offer negotiation. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Real Chemistry's culture and values. Leverage Greenhouse and recruiting analytics to monitor pipeline health and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Resource Management, and business leaders to ensure successful hiring outcomes. Champion inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate pipelines. What You'll Bring Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a communications, public relations, advertising, or marketing agency environment. Experience recruiting for Public Relations, Integrated Communications, Corporate Communications, Healthcare Communications, or related functions. Healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences agency recruiting experience strongly preferred. Interest in expanding your recruiting expertise across multiple agency disciplines and capabilities. Strong sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills. Experience using Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system. A collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to recruiting. Pay Range: $90,000-$110,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
