We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust. • Provides guidance, training and mentorship to team members to develop their skills and help drive their performance • Manages recruitment for management and specialist positions, ensuring high-level placements meet client expectations and company standards • Develops plans for sudden, high-volume hiring needs due to unforeseen circumstances or market changes, specifically for mid to senior professionals talent staffing • Develops online and offline sourcing strategies, utilizing personal networks and high-level industry connections to find highly scarce talents • Develops and tracks KPIs for recruitment performance within Professional Talent Solutions, such as quality-of-hire, hiring manager satisfaction, and retention rates • Ensures recruitment efforts for managerial and highly-skilled specialist positions are coordinated with internal mobility and succession planning initiatives to facilitate top talent retention within the company • Creates succession planning strategies for managerial and specialist positions in collaboration with HR and senior leaders to ensure talent pipeline for critical roles • Ensures the implementation of bias-free recruitment techniques, such as blind resume screening and diverse interview panels, to ensure equal opportunities for mid- to senior-level hiring Grade Descriptor • In-depth understanding of concepts and principles in own discipline and a good knowledge of these elements in related disciplines • Provides management and direction to professional employees may occasionally manage supervisors or managers • Has accountability for the budget/P&L, performance and results of a team or multiple diverse teams • Executes business plans and contributes to the development of team / business area strategy • Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines; may lead formulation and monitoring of policy and professional standards • Makes decisions that impact the results of a business area –including the support, prioritization, and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies Is this the job for you?
