The role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of Finance and Supply Chain technology capabilities and product delivery across global transformation programs. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, finance leadership, supply chain organizations, technology teams, and implementation partners to define strategy, manage scope, drive execution, and deliver business value.
The individual will lead cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Tax, Master Data, and ERP modernization initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of business process expertise, technology leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance to ensure successful implementation of enterprise capabilities within SAP S/4HANA and emerging AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and capability strategy for Finance and Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
- Align business priorities with enterprise technology strategy and organizational objectives.
- Drive capability planning and prioritization across multiple release cycles.
- Lead requirement definition workshops and convert business objectives into actionable delivery plans.
- Govern product scope, change requests, and feature prioritization.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Serve as the trusted advisor to executive stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Tax, Procurement, Commercial, and Technology organizations.
- Build strong partnerships with Business Process Owners (BPOs), Finance leaders, Supply Chain leaders, Enterprise Architecture, and Global Delivery teams.
- Facilitate executive discussions and drive alignment on complex business and technology decisions.
- Influence senior stakeholders and resolve cross-functional conflicts through effective communication and negotiation.
- Present program status, risks, recommendations, and strategic decisions to leadership forums and steering committees.
Cross-Functional Business Alignment
- Lead collaboration across: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) Tax Cost Accounting Product Costing Inventory Accounting Revenue Recognition Supply Chain Finance Manufacturing Finance Master Data Order-to-Cash (O2C) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Ensure end-to-end process integration across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Finance functions.
SAP S/4HANA Solution Leadership
- Lead design, validation, deployment, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities.
- Provide functional leadership across: SAP FI SAP CO Central Finance (CFIN) Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Universal Journal, Product Costing, Tax integrations Revenue Accounting
- Drive template standardization and scalability across global deployments.
- Partner with architecture and development teams to ensure solution integrity and compliance.
AI & Digital Innovation
- Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities across Finance and Supply Chain processes.
- Drive adoption of:Generative AI Predictive Analytics Intelligent Automation Machine Learning Digital Assistants Process Mining
- Evaluate emerging technologies and develop business cases for productivity, automation, and decision intelligence.
- Partner with enterprise AI teams to incorporate AI capabilities into product roadmaps.
Delivery & Program Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability from strategy through hypercare.
- Manage:Scope Timeline Budget Dependencies Risks Quality Business readiness
- Lead Agile planning processes including:PI Planning Sprint Planning Backlog Prioritization Release Planning
- Ensure successful execution of:Design Build SIT UAT Cutover Go-Live Hypercare
Implementation Partner Management
- Manage global system integrators and implementation partners.
- Establish delivery expectations, governance, and performance metrics.
- Review solution designs, estimates, deliverables, and resource plans.
- Hold partners accountable for quality, schedule, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Drive effective collaboration among internal and external delivery teams.
Governance & Risk Management
- Establish governance frameworks and operating models.
- Lead issue management, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
- Ensure compliance with: SOX GxP Financial controls Data governance standards Enterprise security requirements
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Finance Technology, ERP Transformation, or Supply Chain Finance.
- 7+ years of SAP Finance implementation experience.
- 5+ years of Product Management or Program Leadership experience.
- Experience leading global SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience managing large-scale system integrators and consulting partners.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
