We are searching for the best talent for Senior Manager, VCEx Innovation & Digital Intelligence!


This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USA). Alternate hybrid locations may be considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain hubs such as Horsham, Pennsylvania (USA); Cork, Ireland; Beerse, Belgium; or Zug, Switzerland.


As a leader within the Value Chain Excellence (VCEx) organization of Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC), this position is responsible for leading the strategy, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital capabilities that support end-to-end (e2e) supply chain, design, performance management, and decision-making. The role partners across business, technology, and analytics organizations to deliver scalable solutions that improve visibility, strengthen decision-making, and enable measurable business value across the value chain.


This individual will drive the evolution and adoption of Digital Twins, simulation and modeling solutions, decision-support tools, and sophisticated analytics while ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term capability roadmaps.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Digital Value Chain Strategy and Product Delivery

  • Develop and implement the roadmap for developing capabilities, ensuring digital investments are aligned, and deliver measurable value.
  • Define product vision, prioritizing requirements, handling product backlogs, and coordinating delivery through adoption and value realization.
  • Establish performance metrics and governance processes to monitor outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure sustainable business impact.

Advance Supply Chain Modeling and Decision Intelligence

  • Lead the development and deployment of Digital Twin, simulation, and scenario modeling capabilities that support supply chain design, network optimization, lifecycle management, and strategic planning decisions.
  • Integrate analytical and decision-support capabilities into core Value Chain Management processes, enabling data-driven evaluation of supply chain scenarios, risks, opportunities, and performance trade-offs.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration and Business Adoption

  • Partner closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Deliver, Quality, Finance, Digital & Technology, and Data Science organizations to find opportunities, define requirements, and implement solutions that address critical business needs.
  • Build strong customer relationships, drive alignment across a complex environment, and lead change management activities that accelerate user adoption and capability maturity.

Build Scalable Capabilities and Ways of Working

  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners in the delivery of digital solutions while establishing effective governance, support models, and operating processes.
  • Promote Agile product management practices, strengthen organizational capabilities, and develop a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning to ensure long-term success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or a related subject area. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Required:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience across supply chain, operations, digital, analytics, or related business functions
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital products, business transformation initiatives, or enterprise capabilities in a complex matrixed environment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, distribution, and network design
  • Proven ability to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions and drive adoption across customer groups
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making across multiple organizational levels
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer management capabilities

Preferred:

  • Experience with supply chain simulation, optimization, Digital Twin technologies, or advanced analytics
  • Experience implementing digital products, planning systems, analytics platforms, or decision-support solutions
  • Knowledge of data management, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging digital technologies
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • Consulting, strategy, or transformation experience supporting large-scale organizational change
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, product management practices, and value realization frameworks

OTHER:

  • Requires proficiency in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills) to communicate effectively and professionally
  • May require up to 15% domestic and/or international travel
  • Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
