We are looking for an experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer to champion quality for a high-profile Football Mobile Fan Engagement Platform. In this role, you will act as the guardian of the fan experience, ensuring our cross-platform mobile application (iOS/Android) and real-time data ingestion pipelines perform flawlessly under peak game-day loads. You won't just execute tests—you will shape quality assurance frameworks, mentor engineers, and bridge technical execution with exceptional digital fan experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, end-to-end scenarios, and detailed test cases across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
• Acting as a vocal champion for quality within an Agile/Scrum team, proactively identifying, isolating, documenting, and driving defects to resolution.
• Taking end-to-end ownership of QA processes, documenting testing methodologies, and establishing scalable, repeatable testing standards.
• Serving as a consultant-minded QA partner, proposing innovative solutions, challenging assumptions, and explaining quality-driven decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentoring team members and fostering a culture of shared quality ownership across the entire software development lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven commercial track record (5+ years) in manual software quality assurance across complex mobile and web ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in cross-platform testing (native iOS/Android and multi-browser web applications).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and deep experience delivering within fast-paced Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Mastery of diverse testing methodologies: Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Integration, Component, UI/UX, and Acceptance testing.
• Consultant mindset: exceptional analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to articulate complex technical risks with clarity.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of manual QA experience delivering enterprise-grade mobile and web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with API testing and debugging tools (Postman, Swagger) and familiarity with Python automation.
• Proficiency with modern tooling ecosystems: Azure DevOps, Jira, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Excellent English communication skills for daily international collaboration.

Location & Working Setup:

• 100% Remote working model (Candidates must be living and working within the EU).
• US Hours overlap needed: Standard work hours by 6:00 PM CET (Typically 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:00/8:00 PM CET).
• Availability for occasional in-person team workshops/gatherings (approx. 1x per quarter in Prague).
