Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Campaign Strategist – Parish & School Faith Formation plays a key role in advancing OSV’s mission through the promotion and engagement of faith formation products and solutions serving Catholic schools, parishes, and dioceses. This position develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen awareness, adoption, and retention of OSV’s faith formation programs, including textbooks, digital curriculum, and sacrament preparation. The strategist partners with product management, sales, and creative teams to ensure that all campaigns are data-driven, mission-aligned, and resonate deeply with educators, catechists, and ministry leaders. This role also serves as the primary Marketing point of contact for OSV News and supports OSV Institute marketing initiatives as needed, along with other shared priorities based on strategic alignment and team capacity.

Essential Job Functions (*=non-essential tasks):

  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for all parish & school faith formation products and services.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across digital, print, social media, and paid channels.
  • Collaborate with product managers, curriculum developers, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with product goals and seasonal priorities.
  • Create engaging campaign messaging that connects OSV’s catechetical mission with educators and ministry leaders.
  • Coordinate creative deliverables with the Creative Design pod to ensure cohesive visual and narrative storytelling.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance tracking in partnership with the Marketing Intelligence Analyst.
  • Oversee lead generation initiatives supporting Catholic schools and faith formation programs.
  • Analyze campaign data and recommend optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Support product launches, new resource introductions, and training campaigns for catechetical solutions.
  • Serve as the primary Marketing point of contact for OSV News, partnering with News stakeholders to understand goals, anticipate marketing needs, and incorporate activity into Marketing’s planning and campaign workflow.
  • Support OSV Institute marketing initiatives as needed, including leading or contributing to campaigns based on strategic alignment, organizational priorities, and team capacity.
  • Performs additional responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational priorities as needed.

Experience and Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in publishing, education, or faith-based industries.
  • Proven success developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, digital advertising, and lead generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with the needs and audiences of Catholic schools and parish formation programs.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and CRM systems preferred.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant work experience will be considered.


Working Environment:

  • Incumbent will be working in an office environment. This position is designed as a hybrid role, requiring onsite work in Huntington, Indiana three days per week. Remote work may be considered for highly qualified non-local candidates.
  • Must be available for travel when requested.

  • Compensation offered is determined based on market data, internal equity, and an applicant's relevant skills, experience, and educational background.
  • General Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000
