A Day in the Life This role is part of the Marketing function and is responsible for driving strategy, market development, commercialization, and lifecycle management across assigned products and therapeutic areas. The Marketing team partners closely with Sales, Research & Development, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, Operations, and regional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, accelerate adoption, and deliver sustainable business results through customer-focused strategies. This position is based in Gurgaon, India and operates in a Flex work model, combining on-site and remote work based on business needs. Travel of approximately 35-40% is expected to support customer engagement, market development activities, internal collaboration, and business initiatives across regions. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing product, portfolio, and market strategies that drive commercial growth and customer impact. This individual will translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable strategies, lead commercialization initiatives, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. The role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and accountability from opportunity identification through execution. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Develop and execute product, portfolio, and market strategies aligned with commercial and business objectives. Analyse customer, market, competitive, and business data to identify growth opportunities, unmet needs, and emerging market trends. Lead product planning, commercialization, launch execution, market development, and lifecycle management initiatives. Define customer segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies to improve market performance. Partner with Sales, Research & Development, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, Operations, and regional teams to deliver strategic priorities. Monitor business performance, evaluate return on investment, and optimise marketing programmes, resource allocation, and investments. Influence stakeholders across functions and geographies to build alignment, support decision-making, and drive execution of key initiatives. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery of high-impact programmes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline and 10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, commercial strategy, market development, or related commercial roles; MBA from a premier business school required. Demonstrated experience developing and executing product, portfolio, or commercial strategies that delivered measurable business results. Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions. Strong analytical capability with experience translating market, customer, competitive, and business insights into strategic recommendations. Experience managing commercialization, product launch, market development, or lifecycle management activities. Preferred Qualifications Experience within MedTech, healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, biotechnology, or life sciences industries. Experience leading regional or multi-country marketing initiatives and influencing stakeholders across geographies. People leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, or managing marketing professionals. Experience with portfolio optimisation, market access strategies, and customer engagement planning. Advanced proficiency in business analytics, forecasting, market assessment, and strategic planning methodologies.
