As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be a marketing generalist that drives marketing activity that grows Moneycorp’s corporate, bank and private client business (B2B and B2C) – covering both new business acquisition and the retention and growth of our established customers, alongside our strategic partnerships. This role sits within the global Group Marketing function, and while this role emphasizes a focus on North America (US and Canada), activity is not limited to this region and may extend to supporting campaigns and initiatives across Moneycorp’s other global markets. Reporting to the VPs of Marketing, you’ll translate commercial priorities into targeted, insight-led campaigns and lifecycle programmes spanning demand generation, account-based marketing, client retention and partner co-marketing.
Working closely with Global Sales, Dealing Account Management, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, Compliance and Product teams, you’ll plan and execute high-impact, multi-channel marketing that builds qualified pipeline, deepens existing client relationships, and supports Moneycorp’s growth across the global FX and payments market.
Role requirements
New Business & Acquisition Marketing
- Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid media, outbound, partnerships) to build qualified corporate pipeline in collaboration with digital marketing teams
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) for priority prospects, working closely with Sales to prioritise and convert opportunities.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement content and collateral that supports new business conversion
Existing Client Retention & Growth
- Develop and deliver retention, cross-sell and upsell campaigns for the established corporate client base
- Design lifecycle and engagement journeys (onboarding, renewal, upsell) using CRM and marketing automation data
- Produce client-facing content and case studies that reinforce value and reduce churn risk
Partnership Marketing
- Develop co-marketing plans and campaign assets to support strategic and referral partnerships
- Coordinate joint promotions and communications with partner stakeholders
- Ensure partner marketing materials are on-brand, compliant and commercially effective
Campaign Execution & Channel Management
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social and events supporting both acquisition and retention objectives
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams on performance channels (PPC, SEO, paid social) to maximise ROI.
- Ensure all campaigns are compliant with relevant regulatory and legal requirements across jurisdictions.
Marketing Technology & Reporting
- Manage day-to-day use of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and marketing automation (HubSpot) to support segmentation, targeting and reporting.
- Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution and retention metrics.
- Use data and insight to continually refine targeting, messaging and channel mix.
Events & Client Engagement
- Plan and deliver client and partner events, webinars and in-market activations.
- Ensure events are executed to a high standard and deliver measurable commercial and engagement outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to maximise the impact of in-market activity.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the day-to-day marketing partner to Sales, Dealing and Partnerships teams on campaign priorities and execution.
- Brief and manage external agencies on specific campaign deliverables.
- Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to the VPs of Marketing.
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within financial services, FX or payments; B2B experience would be ideal, alongside a proven track record delivering both acquisition and retention marketing; experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and partner marketing; strong understanding of corporate client segments, market dynamics and competitor positioning.
- Strong campaign planning and execution skills across digital, email and events; confident using CRM and marketing automation platforms for segmentation and reporting; strong analytical skills to demonstrate campaign ROI and pipeline impact; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent working experience.
- Languages: English required; additional languages are an advantage.
- High confidence, energy and enthusiasm with an appetite for hard work; proactive and tenacious, able to drive campaigns forward independently; a strong team player with a collaborative mindset; presents professionally both internally and externally; thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment with a self-starter attitude.

Driving growth in existing clients through retention, cross-sell and share of wallet growth, alongside qualified corporate pipeline and new business conversion; effectiveness and commercial impact of partner co-marketing activity; campaign performance and ROI across acquisition and retention channels; and effective use of CRM (Dynamics D365), marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Qualtrics) and business intelligence and visualisation tools (PowerBI)
