About Titan Banking AI

The financial system is the backbone of America’s economy, yet today’s AI is ungoverned, unaccountable, and unfit for banking and financial services.

Titan was founded to change that.

We are doing this by offering a purpose-built, bank-native AI Platform as a Service that enables financial institutions and fintechs to innovate safely, scale efficiently, and strengthen their role in serving their customers and communities.

We are seeking an events and demand generation senior marketer with banking or financial services experience to build our events program and supporting demand generation activities from the ground up, from national industry conferences to intimate executive gatherings and our first annual client summit.

This is an opportunity to join a team of industry experts providing a best-in-class solution to leading customers and innovators. AI is changing everything and we will help our customers deliver outsized impact and achieve transformative business outcomes.

The Role

  • Own the event and field programming end to end. Own planning and activation across national industry conferences, regional field events, technical community builder nights, and Titan’s inaugural client summit.

  • Run the demand generation that connects to it. Lead sponsored webinars with banking trade publishers and our LinkedIn paid program against named target accounts.

  • Design for a senior audience. Our buyers are bank CEOs, chief risk officers, chief compliance officers, and boards.

  • Drive impact. You’ll sit on the growth team and have a direct line of sight into the impact your programs drive.

What You Will Own

  • Industry conferences and tradeshows. Across the national fintech, banking association, and regional circuits. You'll select and negotiate sponsorships, run booth and activation logistics, identify speaking opportunities, brief sales on target accounts, and own the follow-up program that turns attendance into pipeline.

  • Executive field program. Regional briefings for bank leadership, run as a touring series across 4-6 target markets. You'll partner with sales to identify the markets, select venues, build the guest lists, and design a format worth a bank CEO's afternoon.

  • Annual client summit. An invitation-only gathering of senior bankers, Titan’s own thought leadership event and select guest list.

  • Technical community series. A recurring evening series in our NYC office for bank engineers and data leaders, followed by an executive dinner. Designed to build a community among our more technical users.

  • Sponsored webinars. Co-branded sessions with banking trade publishers. You'll own topic selection, speaker recruitment, promotion, and the gated asset that follows.

  • LinkedIn paid. Always-on and account-based campaigns against our target institution list, coordinated with the event calendar.

  • Budget and vendor management. Negotiate sponsorship contracts, publisher agreements, and venues.

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • Seven or more years in B2B marketing with a majority in events, including owning a program end to end.

  • Experience marketing to financial institutions, or to a regulated enterprise buyer with a comparable sales cycle.

  • A track record with C-level audiences: you've curated and produced executive-format, high-touch events.

  • Budget ownership at six or seven figures, including sponsorship negotiations.

  • Comfort with a growth team as your closest partner, and with being goaled on pipeline impact.

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, manage programs end-to-end, collaborate with a cross-functional team to accomplish a goal.

Strongly Preferred

  1. Familiarity with the banking conference circuit, particularly the ABA and Bank Director ecosystems.

  1. Experience running technical or developer community programming.

  1. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  1. Proven success managing and scaling an events program.

What Success Looks Like

You'll build and scale Titan's events program from the ground up, partnering closely with the CMO to fine-tune and execute the 2027 plan.

Your first year is heavy and hands-on, fully owning industry events, roadshows, webinars, and LinkedIn. As the program scales, so will this role and the supporting marketing team.

Why Titan

  • Seed-stage ownership: you will build the marketing function, not inherit it.

  • Direct access to leadership: you will work closely with the CGO, CMO, and sales team, not through layers of management.

  • A category worth owning: banking AI is one of the most consequential verticals in enterprise software, and Titan is defining how it should be done.
