Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead our organic growth strategy. The initial focus will be on building a strong foundation through SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), content, and social media. Once these channels are established, the role will expand into paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a complete digital marketing strategy
• Improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and lead generation
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
• Create and manage an SEO-focused content calendar
• Optimize content for AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity
• Manage social media strategy, content, posting, and engagement
• Repurpose content across blogs, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools
• Track rankings, traffic, leads, engagement, and conversions
• Introduce and manage Google Ads and paid social campaigns once the organic foundation is established
• Provide clear monthly reporting with recommendations for continued growth

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and organic growth
• Strong understanding of GEO and AI-driven search
• Experience managing social media platforms and content strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is an asset
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Able to develop strategy while also executing the day-to-day work
• Results-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
