About the Opportunity
At RACV, we're shaping memorable leisure, travel and event experiences across one of Australia's most distinctive member-owned portfolios. As Senior Marketing Manager - Resorts & Conferences & Events, you'll lead marketing for RACV's eight resorts — Cape Schanck, Cobram, Goldfields, Inverloch, Torquay, Noosa, Royal Pines and Hobart — and our growing Conferences & Events business, helping more members, customers and corporate clients discover exceptional stays, events and experiences.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build demand and preference across a diverse portfolio of destinations, accommodation styles, dining, wellbeing, golf, weddings, conferences, meetings and special events. Working closely with product, sales, 1:1, digital, brand, social, media and creative teams, you will create connected, insight-led marketing that lifts awareness, grows direct bookings, strengthens member engagement and supports commercial performance. You'll also lead an experienced team and help define the next chapter of marketing at RACV, leveraging data, technology and AI to drive innovation, effectiveness and growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Lead Portfolio Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute the integrated marketing strategy across Resorts and Conferences & Events.
- Translate business objectives and customer insights into clear growth priorities.
- Balance brand building, acquisition, retention and commercial performance across the portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to unlock incremental demand, optimise seasonal performance and maximise revenue.
Drive Demand, Occupancy and Revenue
- Use customer, booking, market and commercial data to influence occupancy, yield and visitation outcomes.
- Build strategies that drive direct bookings, customer acquisition and lifetime value.
- Monitor performance and optimise investment to maximise marketing effectiveness and return.
Grow RACV Resorts and Conferences & Events
- Develop destination, seasonal and portfolio-wide campaigns that drive awareness and demand.
- Support growth across conferences, meetings, corporate events, weddings and celebrations.
- Partner with Sales teams to strengthen pipeline generation and conversion performance.
Create Connected Member and Customer Experiences
- Bring together CRM, digital, content, media, web, app and on-property communications into seamless customer journeys.
- Develop exclusive member propositions, benefits and experiences that differentiate RACV in market.
- Use leisure experiences to deepen engagement with RACV membership beyond traditional product categories.
Lead a High-Performing Team
- Inspire, coach and develop a team of marketing professionals.
- Manage portfolio investment, planning and prioritisation decisions.
- Build capability across commercial marketing, digital, data and AI-enabled marketing practices.
- Champion innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement.
About You
You're a strategic and commercially focused marketing leader who knows how to drive growth through customer insight and data led decision making.
You'll bring

- The ability to manage multiple products, brands, properties or customer segments simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder leadership and influencing capability.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- A forward-thinking approach to AI and emerging marketing technologies.
We offer
- A flexible hybrid working model.
- Opportunities to work on innovative growth areas including electrification and home services.
