Their team blends media, creative and growth strategy to deliver measurable commercial outcomes, and they’re heavily investing in AI-enabled marketing systems and next-generation talent development. They’re now looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join the team and help drive campaign strategy, execution and optimisation across a portfolio of high-growth brands. This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role suited to someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and rolling up their sleeves inside campaigns, reporting, creative testing and growth initiatives. What you’ll be doing Building and optimising full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google Ads Supporting customer acquisition and growth strategies across multiple brands Managing campaign pacing, budgets, optimisation and reporting Analysing campaign and commercial performance data to identify growth opportunities Collaborating with creative, web and marketing partners to deliver high-performing campaigns Supporting broader marketing initiatives including offer strategy, landing page improvements and retention opportunities Contributing to experimentation, A/B testing and AI-enabled workflows to improve execution and performance What they’re looking for 3–5+ years experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or paid media Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Experience working across multiple channels and campaign objectives Strong understanding of customer acquisition, funnel strategy and creative testing Commercial mindset with a passion for driving measurable business outcomes Someone proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment Why people are excited about this opportunity Remote and flexible working Exposure to a variety of ambitious growth-focused brands Strong investment in AI tools, systems and marketing innovation Structured learning and professional development High-performance culture with real ownership and impact Modern office space located close to the beach for team collaboration days Access to internal specialists across web, creative and strategy This is an ideal opportunity for a marketer who wants to move beyond siloed channel execution and become a true full-stack growth marketer with strong commercial exposure.
