About the Role

We are looking for a Senior MCP Developer to design and build production-grade Model Context Protocol (MCP) services that securely expose enterprise capabilities for AI agents and modern enterprise workflows.

This role focuses on developing MCP servers, capability adapters, invocation contracts, reusable integration components, and protocol-level services.

The ideal candidate combines strong backend development skills with experience in MCP, LLM integrations, secure APIs, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise integrations.

What You'll Do

MCP Development

• Design and implement production-grade MCP servers.
• Develop MCP tools, resources, and prompts where appropriate.
• Define capability schemas, protocol contracts, and versioning standards.
• Build reusable MCP adapters and integration layers.
• Develop services that enable AI agents to securely interact with enterprise capabilities.

Integration Development

• Build reusable API wrappers and integration components.
• Expose enterprise capabilities through MCP and REST interfaces.
• Develop invocation endpoints and integration services.
• Support orchestration across multiple enterprise systems and services.

Security

• Implement authentication using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage OAuth scopes and authorization controls.
• Apply secure secrets management practices.
• Ensure services follow enterprise security and compliance standards.

Quality & Production Readiness

• Develop unit, contract, and integration tests.
• Implement telemetry, correlation, logging, and monitoring.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot integration and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and production readiness assessments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in backend or platform engineering.

• Strong understanding of secure, scalable, and protocol-based architectures.
• Ability to work effectively with technical leads, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams.
