Senior Media Buyer

We are hiring a full-time Senior Media Buyer to strengthen our media buying department and own accounts end to end. You will report directly to our VP of Marketing and operate as the paid media lead on an internal team. This is not a junior, task-execution seat. You take full ownership of the accounts on your plate, drive CPL down across the board, and step in wherever the department needs you. We are looking for an operator who runs toward problems and fixes them before anyone has to flag them.

What You'll Own

• Strategy, launch, and daily optimization of Meta lead and application campaigns across the client book
• Budget pacing and CPL management across all active accounts
• Weekly creative iteration and kill or scale decisions based on performance data
• Building and refining funnels and landing pages that convert paid traffic into booked calls and applications
• Feeding campaign data into and pulling direction from our AI systems
• Clear, concise reporting to leadership on what is working, what is dead, and what is next

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of media buying experience at a senior level. You have run accounts independently, not under someone else's direction.
• Meta specialist. This role is 100% Meta. Google and PPC experience is a bonus, but you must be a Meta expert first.
• Lead generation and application campaign experience. You treat CPL as the primary KPI and have run funnels with longer sales cycles (landing page, VSL, sales call), not just e-commerce checkout.
• Self-led operator. When CPL climbs, you are already on it. No one has to tell you.
• AI fluency. You work with LLMs in your daily workflow. Claude is ideal; ChatGPT, Gemini, Lovable, or equivalent works. You feed data to AI and act on its outputs.
• Funnel and landing page building. You can build, not just brief.
• Strong written and spoken English. This role is not client-facing today, but you must be able to communicate at that level.

• Meta Blueprint certification
• Experience in education, charter schools, or enrollment-based businesses
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) and Monday.com
