Conek runs patient acquisition for US chiropractic and physical therapy clinics. You'd own our own agency acquisition account first — multiple five figures a month on Meta then scope up to our B2C client accounts once it's performing.

The role

• Full ownership of the B2B account: structure, budget, testing cadence, scaling decisions
• Target and hold cost per booked call against a live sales pipeline
• Diagnose where performance breaks — creative, audience, funnel, or downstream — and fix it before it's raised with you
• Scope up to B2C client accounts once the B2B account is stable

Requirements

• Multiple five figures a month in personally managed B2B spend on Meta
• B2B lead gen background. High-ticket service or agency-model accounts preferred
• You optimise to booked calls and closed revenue, not CPL
• You run structured tests with a stated hypothesis and a kill criterion
• Full-time overlap with UK hours
