Company Overview It is a boutique performance marketing partner that helps ambitious consumer brands scale profitably through paid social, paid search, and creative strategy. The company blends rigorous data analysis with direct-response creativity to turn ad spend into measurable, sustainable growth across channels like Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok. Its client base spans high-growth consumer e-commerce brands from the high-eight to nine figures in revenue, with a current concentration in fashion and apparel — though not by design. The culture values ownership, clarity, and high standards. You'll find a small, elite, remote-first team that cares deeply about craft, communicates transparently, and moves fast. These are high-touch, high-trust client relationships, so communication and emotional intelligence matter as much as technical skill. Expect autonomy, meaningful responsibility, and a focus on outcomes over theatrics—an environment where top performers can do the best work of their careers. The company blends rigorous data analysis with direct-response creativity to turn ad spend into measurable, sustainable growth across channels like Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok. Its client base spans high-growth consumer e-commerce brands from the high-eight to nine figures in revenue, with a current concentration in fashion and apparel, though not by design. The culture values ownership, clarity, and high standards. You'll find a small, elite, remote-first team that cares deeply about craft, communicates transparently, and moves fast. These are high-touch, high-trust client relationships, so communication and emotional intelligence matter as much as technical skill. Expect autonomy, meaningful responsibility, and a focus on outcomes over theatrics; an environment where top performers can do the best work of their careers. Key Responsibilities Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence. You'll combine strategic thinking and client leadership with hands-on oversight to deliver profitable, scalable results. Own end-to-end media buying strategy and account management, centered on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), to profitably acquire customers and leads. Direct the campaign build and launch process — clean naming conventions, disciplined segmentation, and clear objectives — working through a dedicated Ad Ops teammate who handles hands-on uploads and admin. Review and QA the Ad Ops teammate's work daily to confirm accounts are managed to the agency's methodology and campaigns are accurate and on time. Own decisions on budgets, pacing, bidding, and allocation to hit CAC/CPA, ROAS, and MER targets. Analyze performance data to identify winners and losers; scale efficiently and cut spend where needed. Develop and run testing roadmaps (creative, copy, hooks, offers, landing pages, audiences, bidding) with clear hypotheses and success metrics. Bring enough creative literacy to judge whether an ad is working and brief clear creative direction and iterations — without needing to produce the creative yourself. Partner with CRO to optimize landing pages and funnels; coordinate A/B tests and implement learnings. Set up and maintain accurate tracking and attribution (GA4, Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Tag Manager) and troubleshoot discrepancies. Serve as the primary point of contact on weekly client calls and in shared client Slack channels, reporting directly into the agency's leadership. Translate platform performance into terms the client's business trusts — connecting results to incrementality, gross margin, and contribution margin, not just platform-reported ROAS. Build weekly dashboards and reports; communicate insights, decisions, and next steps to stakeholders and clients. Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform media plans and creative angles. Create forecast models and spending plans aligned to business goals; scenario plan for scale. Ensure compliance with platform policies; proactively manage account health and risk. Maintain organized test logs, documentation, and learnings for repeatability and speed. Coordinate cross-functionally via Slack/Asana/Notion to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Stay current with platform updates, beta opportunities, and best practices; educate the team on implications. Qualifications Years of Experience: 5+ years of hands-on paid media buying, with a track record of managing at least $20K/day in ad spend — ideally $100K/day, or media buying experience for a nine-figure brand. A trajectory from media buyer toward a Head of Paid/Head of Growth role at an eight-figure+ brand is a strong plus. CRM Tool: Not required Softwares: Meta Ads Manager (required); experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, or AppLovin is a genuine plus, not required. Also comfortable with GA4, Google Tag Manager, attribution tools (Triple Whale/Northbeam/Hyros), Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, and Asana/Notion. Industry Knowledge Required: Direct-response performance marketing for consumer e-commerce brands, comfortable operating in high-touch, high-trust client relationships; exposure to fashion/apparel brands is a plus given the current client mix, though not required. Specific Gender: No preference. Skills & Competencies Strong business fluency — can connect platform performance (ROAS, MER) to real business outcomes like incrementality, gross margin, and contribution margin, and explain the difference credibly to clients. High-trust, high-EQ client communicator — comfortable owning a weekly client relationship and building credibility with sophisticated, high-touch clients Creative literacy — can quickly judge whether an ad is working and give clear creative direction, without needing to be a creative specialist Strategic thinking with a strong ownership mindset and bias to action Advanced analytical skills; comfortable with cohorts, LTV, MER, and incrementality Excellent written and verbal communication; crisp reporting and stakeholder management Meticulous attention to detail with disciplined experimentation and documentation Strong direct-response copywriting fundamentals Problem-solving, resourcefulness, and comfort operating in ambiguity and speed Collaborative and feedback-driven; thrives in a remote, high-accountability environment. Technical Requirements Own PC or laptop Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended) Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace Secure access to platform ad accounts with two-factor authentication Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion API/server-side tracking Ability to build dashboards in Looker Studio or Google Sheets Position Description Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Beirut time approximately 1:00 PM–9:00 PM — a crossover shift that covers midday for European clients and the start of the US Eastern day. Working Days: 5 days a week Days Off: Saturday and Sunday Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere PTO: Flexible/unlimited PTO. One week's notice for short time off; about two weeks' notice for longer absences (e.g., vacations) given client-load planning. There's no fixed holiday calendar, so you can plan time off around whichever holidays matter to you. Client-Provided Equipment: The client will personally cover a high-quality webcam and microphone for this role, given the importance of strong presentation and communication during client calls. Salary Range: $3,500–$4,000/month, with room to grow over time.
