Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Media Specialist. You would be responsible for planning, negotiating and executing media plans for multiple clients.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze market data
- Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits
- Determine the best media outlet mix for our campaigns
- Plan and optimize ad campaigns
- Allocate budgets and monitor costs
- Follow media trends of online and offline outlets
- Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns
- Reporting
Qualifications
- +4 years of proven experience in planning and executing digital and offline campaigns (required)
- Knowledge of the Portuguese market and prior experience working in an agency environment (required)
- Knowledge in the different phases of planning: research, strategy, tactic, negotiation, buying, following-up, optimization and invoicing
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues and media owners
- Advanced excel proficiency
- Portuguese native/C1 level (required)
- Min. B2 level in Englishl (required)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge in statistics and database will be valued
- Knowledge of Yumi and AdLog will be valued
