Are you an experienced medical billing professional ready to take the lead on complex claims and help improve the billing process? Metaplier is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Medical Biller to join the team.

Role Description:

Metaplier is looking for an experienced Senior Medical Biller to support U.S. healthcare clients. The role is responsible for overseeing accurate and timely claims submission, managing denials and accounts receivable, and resolving complex billing issues. The Senior Medical Biller will work closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to maintain efficient billing operations and support a high standard of accuracy and service.

Qualifications:

• Significant hands-on experience in medical billing, preferably supporting U.S. healthcare providers.
• Strong knowledge of the full medical billing cycle, including claim preparation, submission, payment posting, and follow-up.
• Proven experience managing claim rejections, denials, appeals, and accounts receivable.
• Ability to investigate complex billing issues and identify recurring errors or opportunities to improve processes.
• Familiarity with insurance payer requirements, billing guidelines, and medical coding processes.
• Experience using EHR, practice management, and medical billing platforms.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills, with close attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to handle confidential patient and billing information securely.
• Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to guide or support other billing team members is an advantage.
• Relevant certification, such as CPC or CPB, is an advantage.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace.
• Personal computer or laptop suitable for remote work.

Work conditions:

• Location: Remote
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Working Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (4:00 PM–1:00 AM Cairo Time)
• Weekend: Saturday & Sunday off
