Join our IT team as a Senior Mendix Developer and become a key part of our digital transformation journey. You will design and deliver enterprise applications used across the Raben Group, collaborate with international stakeholders, and have a real influence on how technology supports our business.

Senior Mendix Developer (m/f/x*)

Your role:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
• Build scalable solutions by creating and optimizing domain models, microflows, nanoflows, and user interfaces.
• Translate business challenges into effective digital solutions that improve operational processes.
• Design integrations with external systems, databases, and APIs using technologies such as REST, SOAP, and OData.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to ensure high performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop workflows, custom widgets, and microservices extending Mendix capabilities.
• Take ownership of selected solutions and actively contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, and international teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support knowledge sharing and contribute to the continuous development of Mendix expertise within the team.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience, including hands-on experience with Mendix development.
• Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix Cloud services.
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Understanding of software architecture principles, integrations, and application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS will be an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and understanding of DevOps practices.
• Mendix Advanced or Expert certification will be highly appreciated.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Polish and English with technical and business stakeholders.
