Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Mendix development, designing and delivering complex enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in Mendix architecture, including domain models, microflows, security models and application architecture.
• Experience defining solution architecture aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Strong experience integrating Mendix with enterprise systems, APIs, databases and cloud services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.
• Experience with application performance optimisation, scalability, security and operational resilience.
• Experience with code reviews, development standards and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD and application lifecycle management.
• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong documentation skills, including architecture and technical decisions.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to work hybrid in Lisbon – 1 day per week at the office.
