Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams . We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator to join a project at a company specializing in financial market operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and evolution of Microsoft cloud services, ensuring a secure, scalable, and highly available collaboration environment. As a senior technical reference , you will play a key role in complex incident resolution, cloud modernization initiatives, security improvements, and process automation. Responsabilities: Administer, maintain, and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment. Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID, including identity lifecycle, Conditional Access, PIM, SSO, and MFA. Administer Exchange Online, including troubleshooting, mail flow, connectors, security, eDiscovery, and compliance policies. Configure, support, and govern Microsoft Teams, including voice, telephony integration, and security policies. Manage SharePoint Online, including site administration, permissions, governance, and migrations. Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph API. Participate in Microsoft cloud migration, modernization, and integration projects. Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with governance, GDPR, and audit requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while acting as a senior escalation point. Contribute to the continuous improvement, performance, and reliability of the Microsoft cloud environment. 10+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments. Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, including identity management, Conditional Access, PIM, SSO, and MFA. Advanced hands-on experience with Exchange Online, including troubleshooting, connectors, mail flow, security, eDiscovery, and compliance. Solid experience configuring and managing Microsoft Teams, including governance, voice, telephony integration, and security. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online administration, permissions, governance, and migrations. Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph API. Good understanding of cloud security best practices, including Zero Trust, Microsoft Defender for Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud. Experience delivering migration projects from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365 and Azure. Ability to produce technical documentation and follow operational best practices. Fluent English (minimum B2 level). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong focus on security, governance, and operational excellence. Hybrid work model: Porto office Salary range: 45k – 60k per year
