SENIOR MICROSOFT 365 ENGINEER

You will work with large-scale Microsoft 365 environments, collaborating with international IT teams while contributing to the continuous improvement of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive services.

What You'll Do

• Administer and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
• Manage user provisioning, permissions, and access governance.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation, knowledge bases, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to deliver reliable and high-quality collaboration services.
• Contribute to service improvements, operational excellence, and best practices across Microsoft 365 platforms.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint Online
  • OneDrive for Business
• Experience managing permissions, user provisioning, and collaboration services.
• Experience working within IT Operations or IT Service Management environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in global, multicultural teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certifications.
• Microsoft Teams Fundamentals.
• Microsoft Security Fundamentals.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
