About the Role
The product is entering a key phase of mobile growth, with a focus on improving the iOS and Android experience and expanding into Apple CarPlay.
We are looking for a Senior Mobile Product Engineer with strong Flutter expertise, solid product judgment, and the ability to own meaningful mobile work from discovery through release. This role sits between engineering, product, and design, so the right person should be comfortable identifying user friction, simplifying flows, prototyping ideas, and delivering reliable production code.
You’ll be building experiences used in real-world arrival moments, including approaching garages, navigating parking facilities, accessing locations, and dealing with limited connectivity. Safety, speed, clarity, and reliability are central to the role.
What You’ll Do
- Build, maintain, and improve Flutter applications across iOS and Android.
- Lead the technical exploration and delivery of an Apple CarPlay experience.
- Create low-distraction mobile and in-car flows for bookings, destinations, access, and parking-related actions.
- Translate product needs into clear user flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
- Proactively identify UX issues and work with stakeholders to simplify the experience.
- Build resilient mobile experiences for poor or intermittent network conditions.
- Integrate with APIs, authentication, maps, location services, notifications, analytics, and access-control workflows.
- Implement native iOS functionality when needed, including platform channels and CarPlay frameworks.
- Improve architecture, performance, accessibility, observability, testing, and release quality.
- Strong experience building and shipping production mobile applications.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Flutter and Dart.
- Experience owning mobile features from concept through production release.
- Strong UI/UX instincts, with the ability to improve flows rather than only implement finished designs.
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture, state management, API integration, authentication, caching, and error handling.
- Experience building reliable apps for low-connectivity environments.
- Familiarity with automated testing, performance optimization, accessibility, and mobile release processes.
- Strong communication skills and an ownership-oriented approach.
Nice to have's
- Experience with Apple CarPlay, including templates, entitlements, HIG, or review process.
- Native iOS experience with Swift, UIKit, or SwiftUI.
- Android Auto or native Android experience.
- Experience with maps, geolocation, navigation, parking, mobility, or access-control products.
- Experience with Figma, design systems, prototyping, or usability testing.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS environments with security, privacy, or compliance requirements.
How You’ll Be Successful
- Passion for Impact: Understand how your work contributes to innovation, operational excellence, and client success.
- Challenge the Expected: Approach problems with curiosity and creativity, learning from experimentation and driving smarter solutions.
- Integrity and Respect: Lead with empathy, listen actively, and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Commitment to Quality: Set and uphold high standards; seek feedback and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative Mindset: Build strong partnerships, share knowledge, and contribute to shared goals.
- Customer-Centered Thinking: Listen deeply, understand needs, and translate them into meaningful business outcomes.
