Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Job Description This is a remote position. Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for digital and marketing campaigns. Develop video concepts and translate creative briefs into high-quality visual content. Use AI-powered design and video generation tools to create, enhance, and accelerate content production. Create and edit videos using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools. Develop visually appealing graphics, animations, transitions, effects, and branded content. Translate strategic direction into high-quality creative content while maintaining brand guidelines. Produce content for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, websites, and client projects. Review final designs and videos and make improvements based on feedback. Collaborate with marketing, design, and internal teams to deliver creative assets. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines. Deliver high-quality video content within short timelines. Stay up to date with the latest AI tools, motion design trends, video editing techniques, and creative technologies. Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, Video Design, or a related creative role. Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, video editing, and creative visual content. Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is required. Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and video tools and the ability to incorporate AI into the creative workflow. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, color, animation, and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
