Senior Motion Graphics Designer (2D & 3D)

We are urgently looking for experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designers to join a growing creative team supporting a globally recognized brand.

The role focuses on creating high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, video content, models, and visual assets for digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong creative skills with hands-on technical expertise in motion design, video editing, and 3D animation.

Experience working with sportsbook, sports, or gaming brands, particularly in the US or Australian market, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, models, and visual assets.
• Develop storyboards and translate creative concepts into engaging visual content.
• Create and edit video content for various digital platforms.
• Develop animations using 2D and 3D design tools.
• Select and mix sound and audio elements for video projects.
• Apply typography, layout, transitions, visual effects, and animation principles effectively.
• Create visuals that align with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with creative teams during concept development and production.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual approaches to projects.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in digital design, motion graphics, or a studio/agency environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Hands-on experience with 3D modeling and animation using Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with sportsbook, sports, gaming, or similar digital brands is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting US or Australian-market clients/brands is an advantage.
• Portfolio showcasing professional 2D/3D motion graphics and animation work is required.
