Position Overview The Senior Move Management Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the relocation process, coordinating domestic household goods shipments from start to finish. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies. In this position, you'll work closely with customers, agents, service providers, military representatives, and internal teams to ensure successful move execution. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment. This role also supports operational excellence by identifying trends, recommending process improvements, and assisting with training and development initiatives.
