Senior Multimedia Designer: We're looking for a talented Senior Multimedia Designer to bring our broker & partnerships proposition and brand to life through engaging, high-quality creative that strengthens broker engagement and enhances the overall broker experience. Working within our Broker & Partnerships Marketing team, you'll combine hands-on design expertise with a key role as our creative specialist and brand champion, creating impactful multimedia assets while providing expert creative guidance across the team and wider business.

You'll take projects from initial concept through to final delivery combining strong design expertise across digital and print, including video, animation and motion graphics. You’ll also manage the day-to-day creative workflow with our external agencies and suppliers, acting as a creative partner to colleagues and ensuring high-quality, consistent application of the Ageas brand.


Main Responsibilities as Senior Multimedia Designer:

  • Design and deliver high-quality creative assets across email, social media, web, presentations, print, video, events and motion graphics.
  • Manage projects from initial brief through concept development, production and final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency throughout.
  • Act as Broker & Partnerships creative specialist and brand champion, providing practical creative guidance and helping colleagues turn business needs into effective creative solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day creative workflow with external agencies and suppliers, including briefing, feedback and quality control.
  • Develop templates, design systems and reusable assets that improve efficiency and support self-service across the business.
  • Explore new technologies, including AI-enabled & self-serve creative tools, to drive innovation and improve creative workflows.

Skills and experience you need as Senior Multimedia Designer:

  • Significant hands-on multimedia design experience within an agency, in-house or creative environment, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including graphic design, video editing, motion graphics and animation.
  • Experience briefing and managing creative agencies, production partners or external suppliers.
  • Strong brand expertise, with the ability to champion brand standards and deliver high-quality creative solutions within established brand guidelines.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and priorities simultaneously.
