Senior NetSuite role

We're looking for a NetSuite Consultant to join our team! If you have deep expertise in NetSuite OneWorld and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable CRM–ERP integrations, we'd love to hear from you! 🚀

As a NetSuite Consultant, you will act as the functional and technical advisor for a HubSpot–NetSuite integration, ensuring the ERP side is correctly defined and mapped. This is an advisory role: NetSuite-side configuration will remain with the client's internal team and NetSuite implementation partner, while you provide the expertise that ensures data is structured and integrated effectively.

✅ Provide NetSuite OneWorld expertise across Financials, Inventory, Procurement, Project Management, and SuiteAnalytics.

✅ Define the structure of sales orders, customer records, and the item catalog, including fields, subsidiaries, entities, and line items.

✅ Design and validate business rules for the Deal → Sales Order flow, including mapping 10–20 custom fields using internal IDs.

✅ Partner with the client's Finance team to define revenue actuals reporting and rollups at the order and invoice level.

✅ Guide the setup of the NetSuite integration user using Token-Based Authentication (TBA).

✅ Collaborate closely with the client's NetSuite partner to ensure a successful integration strategy.

✅ Deep functional experience with NetSuite OneWorld, with strong expertise in Sales Orders, Customer Records, and Item Records.

✅ Previous experience working on CRM–ERP integrations.

✅ Familiarity with SuiteScript is a plus.

✅ English level B2 or higher (required).

✅ Based in LATAM.
