Leads execution of multiple projects or manages an entire program. Manage scope throughout the project duration. Maintains accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports. Proactively communicate your plan and accomplishments with internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks and ensuring partnership alignment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, product owners, and subject matter experts. Responsible for empowering others to get better over time. Learns from project retrospective and applies the learning for future projects. Qualifications +3 years of experience in systems applications consultancy, product/project management. English Fluency with great communication skills. A passion for technology and solving problems, with the ability to work under pressure and uncertainty, along with a passion for solving problems. Experience presenting to internal teams and customers. The strong negotiation and interpersonal skills needed to be effective in a fast-paced high-energy company. Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers. Lives in Latin America. ERP knowledge is a must. PMP certification is a plus.
